Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Project Cancellation by Client

• Projects can be cancelled with written notice

• Cancellation fees apply based on project stage:
• Before development: 25% of total project cost
• During development: Prorated based on work completed plus 20% of remaining cost
• After 75% completion: Full payment required

1.2 Cancellation by Company

We may cancel projects due to:

• Non-payment of dues
• Breach of agreement terms
• Illegal or unethical requirements
• Technical infeasibility
• Force majeure events

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided in the following cases:

• Project cancellation before development starts: 75% of advance payment
• Technical infeasibility determined by us: Prorated refund
• Service termination by us: Prorated refund less expenses

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

• Development work already completed
• Third-party licenses or services purchased
• Server or infrastructure costs incurred
• Project management and planning costs

2.3 Refund Processing

• Refund requests must be in writing
• Processing time: 15-30 business days
• Refunds will be made to original payment method
• Bank charges may be deducted

3. Milestone Payments

• Milestone payments are non-refundable once work is completed
• Unused milestone payments may be refunded less cancellation charges
• Dispute resolution process applies to milestone-related issues

4. Special Circumstances

4.1 Project Delays

• Delays caused by client: No refund
• Delays caused by us: Compensation as per agreement
• Force majeure: Timeline extension without penalty

4.2 Scope Changes

• Major scope changes may affect cancellation terms
• Additional charges apply for scope increases
• Scope reduction does not guarantee refunds

5. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes will be handled as per Terms of Use
• Mediation before legal proceedings
• Jurisdiction: Courts in Kottayam, Kerala, India
